At Shades by Saff, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged after delivery, used, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
